Cancellations

You can cancel your order at no cost before Kitchen Etto has accepted and processed it. Once an order has been confirmed or dispatched, cancellations are not permitted due to the shipping and handling costs involved.

In special cases, post-shipment cancellations may be considered. If approved, a refund will be issued after deducting shipping, handling, and reverse logistics costs.

Returns

At Kitchen Etto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is different from the one ordered.
  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • A part or accessory is missing from the package.
  • The product significantly differs from its description on our website.

All return requests are subject to verification by our team. If approved, we will replace the item with a new one. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we will suggest similar products or provide a full refund.

Other returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but the customer will be responsible for reverse logistics and applicable costs.

Return Conditions
