At Kitchen Etto, we offer a Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option across India to make your shopping experience flexible and convenient.
How Partial COD Works
When you choose COD at checkout, you are required to pay 5% of your total order value in advance via online payment. The remaining amount is paid in cash at the time of delivery.
This advance payment confirms your order and helps us ensure smooth delivery to your doorstep.

We offer partial COD to serve customers who prefer paying cash on delivery while also ensuring that orders are genuine and delivery attempts are not wasted.
RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
If you choose COD and your order is returned to us due to any of the following reasons:
- You were unavailable at the delivery address
- You refused to accept the delivery
- Incorrect address provided
- Failed delivery attempts
The advance 5% payment will not be refunded. This amount is retained to cover shipping, handling, and return logistics costs incurred on your order.

- COD is available on all orders across India
- The 5% advance must be paid online at the time of placing the order
- The remaining balance is paid in cash to the delivery partner at the time of delivery
- Kitchen Etto reserves the right to disable COD for specific pin codes or products at its discretion
