Beware Before Buying Beyond Dorado Cooktops!
I purchased a Beyond Dorado Cooktop through Amazon after relying on the manufacturer’s claim that it came with Brass Burners. To my surprise, the product was supplied with Aluminium Burners instead.
Despite repeated complaints (Complaint Nos. BEYOND250522020934/01 & BEYOND250611010592/01), numerous emails, and months of follow-ups, the company has failed to replace the product, arrange pickup, or refund my money.
This is not just a defective product—it is a case of misrepresentation, deficiency in service, and an unfair trade practice.
I have now filed a complaint before the National Consumer Helpline and will pursue all legal remedies available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Consumers deserve honest product specifications and prompt after-sales service—not false claims and endless delays.
